Veltriqa Solutions is the customer-facing brand of Veltriqa Virtual Assistance Services, based in the Philippines. Contact: info@veltriqasolutions.com.

Information you provide

If you contact us by email, we may receive your name, email address, company information, and message. Please avoid sending government IDs, financial details, or other sensitive information unless specifically requested through an approved secure channel.

Website forms

When you submit an online inquiry, the details you provide are transmitted through our email-delivery provider, Resend, to the appropriate Veltriqa business inbox. Form submissions include your name, email address, inquiry details, and consent to be contacted. After our team notification is accepted for delivery, we also send a one-time, non-marketing acknowledgment to the email address you provided. No acknowledgment is sent if the staff notification fails. We do not currently maintain a separate website database of inquiries, although Resend and recipient mail providers may retain email content and delivery records under their respective policies. If sending fails, the website provides an error message or direct email option.

Website operations

Our hosting provider may process technical request data needed to operate and secure the website. Any future analytics, CRM, application, or payment integrations will require this policy to be updated before activation.
